Meet your vision care specialists!
Dr. Sarah Sharma, B.Sc, O.D., MBA - Optometrist
Dr. Sharma is originally from Winnipeg, MB, and graduated from City University and has been practicing optometry since 2011. She settled in Toronto (where she was born!) and has been providing optometric services ever since.
After working in Woodbridge for two years, she realized that this was the heart of the city and decided to lay down her roots and start a practice here.
Dr. Sharma is trained to help patients of all ages; and has a special interest in contact lenses for astigmatism, as well as for myopia control, and is also interested in Dry Eye Treatment. Dr. Sharma is bringing the newest technology and information into Idol Eyes Vision Care when it comes to dry eyes.
In her spare time Dr. Sharma enjoys spending time with her family, as well as travelling and exploring different cultures. On her days off she can be found outside with a good book or trying some exciting restaurants all throughout Ontario.
Bianca Avila - Student Optician
Bianca brings ten years of optical experience and skills.
She enjoys meeting new people and is great at styling and picking out glasses that fits patient's needs and style.
She is also passionate about contact lenses and fits. If you've ever wanted to try contacts, and are apprehensive about putting them in, Bianca will guide you to success.
In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being creative.
Alessandra Verbari- Optical Associate/Sales Admin
Alessand loves to help people chose new glasses, and she is passionate about making you find the right fit.
She is the friendly face that you see when you first walk in, and friendly voice you hear on the phone calling you to remind you of your appointments.
She loves to chat to patients about favourite movies and books!
