I love smoothies, and over the last year, I've been able to experiment with different flavors.
This one includes my two favorite fruits: pineapple and mangos. It also contains a lot of spinach and since I'm not a fan of spinach, it's a great way to get those nutrients in!
Pineapple is a great source of vitamin C, which helps support our immune system, provides anti oxidants, and encourages body growth.
Anti oxidants fight inflammation and free radicals in the body (free radicals are bad- they promote cell damage and can lead to health issues including eye problems).
Smoothies are a great way to get your fruit intake to get these good vitamins!
